Ireland's Eurovision hopeful is wearing a Game of Thrones necklace tonight

Her piece has been designed by the man behind Daenerys’ bits and bobs.

KASEY SMITH WILL have the power of Khaleesi behind her in Copenhagen tonight as she takes part in the second Eurovision semi final.

She’s wearing a neckpiece as part of her outfit which has been designed by Belfast-based Oliver Doherty Duncan, who’s also made pieces that have been featured on Game of Thrones.

Smith will be wearing a dress created specially by Kathy de Stafford to compliment the neckpiece, which is similar to ones worn by Daenerys Targaryen in the HBO series.

Duncan also designed a neck and shoulder piece worn by Laura Whitmore at this year’s IFTA awards:

We’ll be following the fate of Kasey Smith and Can-Linn during our Johnny Logan-tastic liveblog this evening.

Miss it at your peril (we’ll send Linda Martin around to your house to sing Get Lucky).
