THE ST. PATRICK’S DAY parade in Tokyo looks pretty unusual.

But wait, what’s that? The familiar sight of a pasty hurl-handling Irishman, joining in to make it a truly authentic Irish affair.

He blends in quite well in fairness. But who’s the lad in the hat?
