Jake Gyllenhaal answered a question about Taylor Swift while promoting his new movie... it's the Dredge
EVERY WEEKDAY MORNING, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the best of the day’s celebrity dirt from the top to the very bottom.

Jake Gyllenhaal is currently doing press interviews for his new film Stronger – but the latest one posted to his Facebook page is a little different to the standard.
Sitting down with Jeff Bauman – the double amputee and Boston Marathon Bombing survivor who the film is based on – Jake had to answer some hilariously off the wall questions.
And one of them was on his ex Taylor Swift – a topic he never speaks about:
“If you lost your legs in real life, do you think that Taylor Swift would write a song about it?”
Facebook Facebook
“For me… or about it?”
Facebook Facebook
“For you. Like a country song”
Facebook Facebook
“She’s sort of moved more into pop now”

Good to know he’s keeping up on the intricacies of Taylor’s career direction even after all these years.
Get these two lads their own show, just for the shady comments.

Ryan Phillippe‘s ex-girlfriend Elsie Hewitt has filed a lawsuit this week against the actor – alleging that he kicked, punched and threw her down the stairs.
In court documents revealed by People Magazine today:
Hewitt supplied a “number” of photographs of bruising on her body caused by the alleged attack. The Guess model also detailed claims of drug abuse on the part of Phillippe in the court papers:
Elsie had this message for her supporters following her “tribulations” last night:
The LAPD has confirmed that officers made a report into the incident and granted Hewitt an emergency protective order. (People)

Niall Horan’s singles are creating all the buzz every time a new one is released – and no more so than in the old band.
Louis tweeted Nialler last night to tell him that Too Much To Ask is a bit of a banger:
At least some of One Direction are on speaking terms:
Zayn probably won’t be tweeting any of the lads any time soon.
And the rest of the day’s dirt…
