EARLIER THIS YEAR, brilliant Cork comedy The Young Offenders was added to Netflix in over 190 countries around the world.
This meant that the antics of teenage pals Conor and Jock were suddenly being enjoyed by people who hardly keep up to date on the latest Irish cinema releases.
And one superfan who goes by @BOCTOK_3KA on Twitter arrived in Ireland a couple of weeks ago – and had a plan
They went to Cork, found many of the Young Offenders filming spots, and lined up stills from the film with the real life locations
They took their own Young Offenders-themed trip around the city, and matched them up perfectly
They found the alley from the great dancing scene near the start
And even the little shop that Jock stops into
They made it into a little video entitled “Looking for Conor & Jock”, and it’s so good

They took in the Young Offenders scenery while there
They saw this tribute to the film in The English Market
And brought home some souvenirs from the trip
Jock and Conor now have themselves some passionate international supporters, and it’s so surreal
