Katy Perry was caught rotten lip-syncing on stage in France. She was performing at the NRJ Music Awards on Saturday night when she walked on stage to a mistimed backing track. 

Then, the awards’ host walked on stage, interrupted the performance and made her start all over again. SCARLET.
