But before we close the chapter on the most recent Royal spectacle, Katy Perry would like to offer her opinion on the Battle of the Bridal Dresses, insisting that Meghan’s Givenchy gown fell a little short of expectation on the day.

Speaking to ET, the singer said she thinks the dress, which was designed by Clare Waight Keller, could have done with just one more trip through the hands of the bridal team before Meghan made her way up the aisle last Saturday morning.

I would have done one more fitting. I’m never not going to tell the truth! One more fitting, but I love you.

But listen, we’re sure Meghan will be relieved to hear that despite the fact Katy wasn’t mad on her wedding dress, she’s all for the union and only mad about her humanitarian efforts.

I’m so happy for them, and, you know, I don’t know them from Adam, but it’s amazing what she’s doing with all this, her humanitarian efforts. You know, the fact that she’s a proud feminist, I love all that. I support her as another woman and love her and wish them both well.
