Kelly Osbourne quits E!'s Fashion Police days after dreadlocks drama
KELLY OSBOURNE HAS left E!’s Fashion Police just days after the show was embroiled in a ‘race row’ about singer Zendaya Coleman’s dreadlocks.
The network announced last night that Osbourne (daughter of rock star Ozzy) had left the show after five years on the panel to pursue “other opportunities”.

Earlier this week, the show got itself into hot water when presenter Giuliana Rancic commented on 18-year-old Zendaya’s dreadlocks – saying it looked like she smelled of “patchouli oil”.
An unidentified voice added, “Or weed?” and Rancic agreed: “Yeah, maybe weed?”

The remarks spread like wildfire on Twitter, where people accused the Fashion Police presenters of racism.
It’s not yet clear if this incident prompted Osbourne to leave, but she was keen to distance herself from Rancic’s comments.
On Tuesday night, she tweeted furiously that she was “questioning staying on the show” if no one stepped up to apologise:
Rancic later made a public apology, saying her comments “crossed the line” and the incident had taught her how much damage “clichés and stereotypes” do.
Fashion Police will continue on E! as normal – according to the Hollywood Reporter, there have been no decisions made on her replacement.
