It’s not every day you get to take a convent of nuns to the cleaners – well, kind of.
The singer wanted to buy a convent in California and re-purpose it into a home for her mother and grandmother but the owners of the convent moved to sell the property to a business woman named Dana Hollister before Perry’s deal was finalised.
It was agreed that Dana Hollister had ‘acted with malice‘ in blocking the sale, and got a cool €4.2m and a her new gaff.
