Liam Neeson says he was 'just joking' about having a famous girlfriend... it's The Dredge
EVERY WEEKDAY MORNING, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the best of the day’s celebrity dirt from the top to the very bottom.
Earlier this week, Liam Neeson told The Irish Independent that he was seeing someone “incredibly famous” but declined to reveal her identity. This news sent gossip sites into overdrive.

Jezebel speculated that he was seeing Kristen Stewart. The evidence? They were seen leaving the same restaurant in New York. Unfortunately, Neeson’s rep put the kybosh on that rumour, dismissing it as “stupid”.
Soon, the bookies weighed in, naming Susan Sarandon as the most likely candidate. (In fairness, what a fab couple they would be.)
Now it seems that Neeson is rolling back on his earlier statement with a source telling US Weekly that he “was just joking”.
Ah, the classic “Eh, I was only messing” excuse.
Whatever you say, Liam. (US Weekly)

Never ever accuse Penelope Cruz of having ugly feet. Yesterday, the actress appeared on the Today Show to discuss Zoolander 2 when host Savannah Guthrie decided to ask Cruz about her feet.
YOU CAN’T JUST ACCUSE SOMEONE OF HAVING UGLY FEET ON NATIONAL TELEVISION.
Cruz immediately made clear that she never said that and her feet are perfectly fine, thank you very much.
