THIS VALENTINE’S DAY could be the perfect time to treat your loved one to a battered sausage.

NOT THAT KIND OF BATTERED SAUSAGE YOU FILTHY ARTICLES!

We mean an actual battered sausage, from Macari’s restaurant and takeaway in Glasnevin.

The chipper is offering couples the chance to reserve a table this Friday evening, when they will be:

… putting together our 25 years of experience of friendly service and fresh food.

Mama will be preparing some of her best kept Italian recipes, wines will be from our family vineyard from the hills of Rome and music will be provided by Italian legend Toto Cotugno*.

Macaris is warning that space is limited though, so if you want to put a bit of spice (burger) into your Valentine’s Day, you better get booking.

*Toto Cotugno won the Eurovision in 1990. Hold us now.
