TOGETHER FOR YES launched a crowd-funding campaign this morning to pay for ‘Yes’ posters across the country for the upcoming referendum on the Eighth Amendment.
They needed to raise €50,000 in seven days to pay for the posters. However, the side went, smashed and doubled their target in FOUR HOURS. Not bad!
And author Marian Keyes played a big part in the drive.
Marian committed to matching every donation made up to €1000, and to tweet her proof of the donation afterwards.
