This Dublin pub is giving away free toasties for Conor McGregor's retirement

FOLLOWING CONOR MCGREGOR’S tweet announcing his retirement and expressing gratitude for “the cheese,” a Dublin pub has taken it upon itself to console heartbroken fans.

Anyone who walks into Mary’s this lunchtime and says, “Thanks for the cheese!” will get two red and white cheese toasties for the price of one.

And sure, they’ll even throw in a pack of King Crisps as well.

A cheese toastie costs €4 and the 2 for 1 offer is available between 12pm and 2pm (or until they run out of cheese).

Now all you need is someone to go for lunch with, eh?
