The internet is desperately trying to reunite a little boy with his message in a bottle

Freddy Marr, where are you?

ON TUESDAY, CARSTEN Hornecker was walking along Udsholt Strand, a beach in Denmark, when he came across a bottle.

Upon looking inside, he discovered a note from a 6-year-old boy named Freddy Marr. In the note, Marr said that he was from London and due to celebrate his 7th birthday in September.

Wanting to let the boy know that he had received his message, Hornecker posted a photo on Facebook and asked if anyone knew Marr.

And this being the internet, it soon spread like wildfire.

People were determined to reunite Freddy with his message in a bottle.

And saw it as a reminder that people are good.

So far, we’re still awaiting on an official reunion, but we do have a lead!

Lostbox have said that a person has been in touch claiming to know Freddy’s family.
