Met Éireann just delivered the most Mam weather forecast

Such a mam move.

THE WEATHER FORECAST might not be the most exciting part of RTÉ Nine O’Clock News every time, but last night it provided one comic moment to savour.

Evelyn Cusack was on and had some very good news for the nation.

It’s a description that’s made it on to tonight’s forecast as well
