And it looks phenomenal.

BEHOLD: A JACOB’S Mikado lover’s dream come true.

Dublin chain Gourmet Burger Kitchen announced today that they are now serving the ‘GBK Mikado Shake’.

And it looks absolutely delicious

According to GBK, the shake itself tries to capture the essence of the beloved Mikado biscuit, by mixing:

strawberry ice cream, milk and toasted coconut before stirring through crushed biscuits and a swirl of berry coulis.

Topped with an actual Mikado and served up with a straw, of course.

They’re available from South William Street, South Anne Street and Temple Bar in the city centre and from the GBKs in Swords and Liffey Valley for a “limited time.”

Knowing Ireland’s national obsession with Mikados, you have to assume these could become a permanent fixture.
