Someone put up mistletoe in a London Tube car and no one was having it

Prepare to see some seriously uncomfortable people.

THERE ARE SOME places that are just impervious to Christmas cheer. The Tube in London is one of them.

But someone did try, hanging mistletoe from the handles of one Tube car. Here’s their explanation:

We wanted to bring some Christmas cheer to one of the most miserable places in the capital. So we put love on the line and created the #Mistletube. Merry Christmas, London!

Except not. Because no one, and we mean absolutely no one, wanted to even so much as look at the mistletoe. Or each other, for that matter.

Ad agency Droga5 revealed that the prank was for their annual holiday card. Putting poor, innocent Londoners through through social torture, just for a Christmas card? For shame.
