EARLIER THIS YEAR, the Canadian city of Montreal announced that they would be erecting Canada’s biggest Christmas tree ever.
This week, they revealed their festive centrepiece to the world.
And it didn’t go down very well
Oh nooo.
You see, they announced that it was going to match that of the famous Rockefeller tree in New York – which looks like this
But within just a couple of day’s of being up, Montreal’s has become something of an international laughing stock

It even has its own parody Twitter account now:
