WHEN THE 8.40 sports bulletin hit RTÉ Radio 1 this morning, on came veteran broadcaster Des Cahill to talk about the Euros with his Morning Ireland colleagues.
But instead of that, he could barely get a word out for the whole thing because he was cracking up laughing – and it was contagious.
But nobody knew why
After a good few fits of giggles, fellow presenter Keelin Shanley said “we’re going to have to share the joke now” to which Des replied:
it’s not even that funny
