A MOTHER’S HEARTFELT letter to her gay son is making the rounds online due to its shining example of acceptance.

Michelle Conway McClain penned the note expressing her shock when her son came out on Facebook, but stuck the note on his door to let him know she was nothing but proud–and that he should really clean his room.

I was surprised by your Facebook post where you came out. I want you to know that I love you unconditionally. I love with my actions, not just words. I’m so proud of you. You are the bravest person I know. I’ll fight for you always. Your sexual orientation does not define you. You are still the boy who forever won my heart. The only thing that concerns me is the number of empty soda cups and tea bottles in your room. Throw them away before ants come inside.I love you always -Mom

McClain’s photo quickly went viral, and she was quick to dismiss commenter claims that the letter was faked.

Zach himself even took to the NO H8 Campaign Facebook where the letter was reposted.

Now that’s unconditional love–no one likes a messy son.
