She was on ITV’s Loose Women yesterday and spoke about her time in Girls Aloud and what it’s like to be back this side of the Atlantic:

The presenter thought that she sounded American after living in LA for so long:

It’s kind of a mixture of an Irish and American accent – it must be, you’ve been there eight years now.

Nadine had to explain where her unique accent comes from:

It’s a very small town that I’m from – it’s not a typical Irish accent that people hear when they think of an Irish accent. That’s a Dublin accent, or a Belfast accent… it’s way more familiar. Where I’m from it’s a smaller town and there’s really not a lot of people around talking with my accent.

She also highlighted the main differences between LA and Derry:

I was raised in Derry in Northern Ireland so we weren’t used to palm trees and it being 29 degrees every single day.

It’s a tough choice on where to live, in fairness.

Taylor Swift’s relationship with Joe Alwyn has gotten the Ed Sheeran seal of approval.

Speaking on the Capital London Breakfast Show, Ed said he has met the British actor since he started going out with Taylor:

He’s really nice. Really, really friendly. Really good dude.

And revealed him and Taylor meet up in London when she’s there:

We’re in touch quite a fair bit, you know. She’s been in London quite a bit as well.

After a lot of hype, Taylor Swift’s video for “…Ready For It?” dropped last night, and it’s like a mini X-Men movie. 

Everyone had seen the bodysuit but the video is more sci-fi than people expected:
