Man reunited with Irish girl he met in nightclub after country-wide search
YOU MAY REMEMBER Christopher Robertson, the New Zealander trying to track down a Cork girl he became smitten with in a Galway nightclub last weekend.
Well, they went on a date last night.
He went to radio stations, newspapers and websites the length and breadth of the country to find her – a primary school teacher who had been on a hen night in Galway when they met.
After hearing him being interviewed on Cork’s 96FM, friends of the lady in question helped reunite the pair, and they went on a date last night.
Christopher told the DailyEdge.ie she was “ecstatic” at the effort he made to track her down, and they got on like a house on fire:
He plans to stick around the Cork area while they get to know each other, and says next week they will return to where they met to share a romantic meal.
How’s that, naysayers? Romance is alive and well.
We wish Christopher and his lovely Corkwoman all the best for the future.
Can you help this New Zealander find the Cork girl he met last weekend?>
