FANS ARE CONVINCED that Niall Horan has a new famous girlfriend after they were spotted together at a Backstreet Boys gig together.

Before we examine anything else, what an amazing date?

Actress and singer Hailee Steinfeld and Niall danced and sang along on Saturday night in Vegas, and of course were snapped by dozens of fans.

But are they dating, or just friends?

Niall previously described Hailee as the loveliest person on the planet and one of his best friends in an Instagram post.

But it still seems friendly enough to us? Speaking to US Weekly when rumours first surfaced back in January, Hailee made it clear that she wouldn’t be spilling the beans.

I feel so lucky that they care enough about me to know what I’m doing every second of every day, but I think that sometimes it’s hard for people in general to realize that there are boundaries to a person’s life and personal life.

I do love that I have the opportunity to share with them what I’m comfortable with and they’re there to listen and support me.
