Here are the noises that animals make in other languages
EVER WONDERED WHAT animals sound like in different languages?
James Chapman is a 24-year-old from Manchester who creates some amazing illustrations when he’s bored, and he’s “always bored”.
Right now, he’s focusing on the sounds animals make in various languages–or at least how different cultures perceive them.
Here are some of our favourites.
1. Cats
A cat says NYAN in Japanese! So that’s where NYAN cat comes from!
2. Lions
3. Dogs
We love the fact that dogs say ‘ham’ in Romanian.
4. Ducks
Ducks be rapping in Denmark.
5. Pigs
Albanian pigs go hunk. Amazing.
6. Bees
Boooooong!
7. Mice
But WHAT DOES THE FOX SAY?
You can see more of these and the rest of James’ great animations on his Tumblr.
