A NEW BOOK entitled The Oldest Living Things In The World documents the work of photographer Rachel Sussman as she attempts to capture some of the most enduring organisms on earth before they disappear.

Trees, mosses, cactii and sea grasses all feature in the work, which also includes essays by Hans Ulrich Obrist and Carl Zimmer.
