Penneys is going full Jo Malone this autumn with their new €10 perfumes

A FEW WEEKS ago, Penneys released a line of scented hand washes that were absolute dead ringers for Jo Malone scents.

Now they’ve gone one better and announced that they are releasing a new fragrance line called the Private Collection, which will be comprised of six “fancy new unisex fragrances” – Rose Oud, Pomegranate & Black Tea, Jasmine & Honey, Vanilla Absolute, Amber Noir and Mandarin & Basil.

The fragrances cost €10 and are expected to be stores in September. There are also hand washes (€5), hand cream (€3) and fragrance oil (€3) to match each scent.

The scents are all said to be dupes for similar Jo Malone fragrances, which start at €54 a pop.

In other words: if you don’t have the income to sustain a Jo Malone habit, this is the next best thing.
