You can now make a picture frame out of your own placenta
PEOPLE ARE MAD for placentas these days. If they’re not drinking them in smoothies, they’re turning them into picture frames.
Or at least one person is turning them into picture frames.

Amanda Cotton, of the University of Brighton, has developed a technique which begins with boiling and cooking the placenta before grinding it into small pieces.
She then adds the pieces of placenta to clear resin before casting it in a mold.
The result is a marble effect material which can be easily turned into a picture frame to hold a photograph. Presumably of the baby.
