Here's why you may have spotted pink bales across Ireland this month

NEVER LET IT be said that the countryside views are boring.

Sure it’s all just GREEN.

Nada. These funky ‘Barbie bales’ were spotted in Ardfinnan in Tipperary this morning.

But what’s it all about? The silage season initiative is all in aid of the Irish Cancer Society and to raise awareness of breast cancer. For every roll purchased, a donation is made to the society.
