You can now play Super Mario Bros in your browser
MARIO WAS A big part of our lives growing up. Well, he still kinda is, but sometimes we just don’t have the time to sit around playing childish video games.
Well, here’s a solution–do it on the clock. Now you can bring the plumber brothers straight to your browser.
FullScreenMario.com delivers the Mushroom Kingdom from your SNES to a shiney new HTML5 format that can comfortably be played while you’re supposed to be doing everything else.
The familiar gameplay and music were all duplicated by Josh Goldberg, a computer science student at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Users can play the dozens of worlds created by Goldberg or develop their own using the open source code.
Goodbye, productivity.
