A photo of two dotey policemen washing dishes is going viral for a very good reason

SOMETIMES PEOPE JUST go above and beyond the call of duty.

Today an image of two Dutch policemen washing up dishes has gone insanely viral. Eindhoven Police shared the photo on Facebook earlier and it has received over 79,000 likes and counting.

So, what’s the story behind it?

In a status, Eindhoven Police explained that a local woman was taken to hospital suffering from hypoglycemia. Left behind at home? Five young children.

Instead of calling a relative, two policemen decided to stay behind and cooked dinner for the little ‘uns before washing up after them.

The good deed has not only gone viral on Facebook, but it’s also one of the most viewed images on Reddit today, racking up 1.3 million views.
