A little girl sent an adorable prayer into RTÉ about the Toy Show and her newborn sister

Bless.

WITH THE LATE Late Toy Show coming up this Friday night, anticipation is building in houses across the land.

And one family in particular will be looking forward to being home for it.

The Buckleys in Dublin had been expecting the arrival of a baby girl in Holles Street, and on Tuesday little Holly arrived – but she was five weeks premature.

Her seven-year-old sister Lauren had one major concern on her mind though – getting Holly home for the Toy Show

She sent her prayer into The Ryan Tubridy Show on RTÉ Radio 1 today and it’s just so adorable:

Dear God,
Can I ask that you watch over my new born baby sister Holly so that she will start taking her bottle so that she will be home in time for the Late Late Toy Show.
Amen

Holly’s parents Annie Kennedy and Alan Buckley heard Ryan read it out on air, and RTÉ has been told she’s doing well:

After Ryan read the prayer out on air, Holly’s dad Alan Buckley got in touch to say thanks and to let the team know that Holly is doing well, they just need her to take a bottle.

The family even invited Ryan down to Holles Street this afternoon for a visit

The family is hoping that “they will be able to bring Holly home by Friday for her first ever Late Late Toy Show”.

Good luck Holly <3
