This Repeal mural by Maser has just gone up in Temple Bar
GET USED TO the word ‘repeal’, because you’ll be seeing it a lot more in the coming months.
We looked earlier in the week at the phenomenon of the REPEAL jumpers that are selling out all over Ireland in aid of the Abortion Rights Campaign, and their effort to call a referendum to repeal the Eight Amendment.
The Eight, of course, acknowledges the right to life of the unborn and equates it with the mother’s right to life.
Further support to the movement came yesterday, when this mural went up outside the Project Arts Centre in Temple Bar yesterday
