HEY GUYS! HOPE you had a nice lunch. Here’s a video of American reporter Heather Holmes swallowing her own snot during a live broadcast on KTVU.

Holmes was discussing the Miley Cyrus concert in San Francisco when she got a bit of a drippy nose. Poor pet.
