This Eastenders actor had no idea what lemon zest was and mortified himself on live TV

EASTENDERS STAR RICHARD Blackwood appeared on Channel 4′s Sunday Brunch this morning.

Blackwood was enlisted to participated in a cooking demonstration that required lemon zest. Unfortunately, it soon became apparent that Richard Blackwood hasn’t a notion what zest is.

After being handed a grater, he said, “Yeah, I know” and attempted to carry on chatting while grating the inside of a lemon.

Yes, the inside.
