A Republic of Ireland footballer had an unholy meltdown on a rollercoaster, and we get it
TO BE FAIR, it was kind of ironic that The Fray’s ‘How to Save a Life’ was playing in the background as Republic of Ireland footballer, Megan Connolly, nearly lost the will to live her’s.
Twitter Twitter
It all kicked off when Megan, who also plays for the Florida State Seminoles, and her friend, Dallas Dorosy, decided to give a slingshot rollercoaster a go.
And sweet Jesus, didn’t Megan nearly lose her mind with terror.
In footage which Megan uploaded to Twitter in recent days, she can be seen shrieking over and over while her mate wondered what the hell she’d been thinking taking Megan as a funfair partner.
If she wasn’t sporadically roaring or intermittently whimpering, she was demanding to get off – all of which we’re here for.
Megan’s post, which has gone viral over the last 24 hours, is our new go-to vid.
And yes, we’re still laughing.
