Here’s ours:
Martin Cathrae Martin Cathrae
Ingredients:
2 eggs (or however many eggs you want. We’re not the egg police)
Butter
Milk
Pepper
Method:
Gently whisk the eggs in a microwavable bowl.
For every egg used add one teaspoon of butter and one tablespoon of milk.
Add a pinch of pepper.
Microwave on high for one minute, remove and stir.
Microwave for twenty second intervals, removing and stirring at each stage to ensure the eggs don’t overcook.
Remove from the microwave before fully cooked, as the eggs will continue to cook when you take them out.
