"Selfie" has been added to the Irish language dictionary

“Féinphic Sunday” doesn’t quite have the same ring to it.

NEXT TIME YOU’RE rolling with your Irish homies, looking good, Instagramming like there’s no tomorrow… remember that you’re not taking a selfie, you’re taking a féinphic!

The word has been added to the the Irish language dictionary Focal.ie (which is overseen by Foras na Gaeilge).
