This ‘shattered glass’ manicure is the newest nail trend to come from South Korea – the technique was developed by Seoul manicurist Eunkyung Park, and has since exploded on Instagram.
According to Refinery 29, though it looks finicky, the pieces of ‘glass’ are just shiny cellophane pasted on to the nail.

The trend is so big in Korea that Park has launched a line of stickers for people to replicate the look – and it’s crossed over into the mainstream, making appearances at the New York and Paris Fashion Weeks.
