AS ANY ARACHNOPHOBE knows, the colder months are rife with spiders creeping in, trying to steal some human warmth (and they aren’t as cute as the one above, let us tell you). Well, this woman has put her foot down.
Kildare mam of two Emma Hayes is sick to the back teeth of spiders sauntering in like the own the place – so she’s giving them a written warning.
It reads:
The owners of this house reserve the right to refuse admission, and while we try not to discriminate, we don’t want any spiders, bees, flies, blue bottles or moths. If you do enter the property, we cannot guarantee the safe extraction of you or your spider friends.
However, we do accept puppies, kittens, ladybirds, robins and rabbits. Quiet and well behaved children will be considered! We wish you well in all your future endeavours.
Next time, creepy crawlies, she won’t be so lenient. Watch your backs.
