Starbucks responds brilliantly to Taylor Swift's tweet about Blank Space
WHEN PEOPLE FIRST heard Taylor Swift’s single Blank Space, many thought one of the lines went “all the lonely Starbucks lovers, they’ll tell you I’m insane.”
But, much to our shock and horror, that is not the case. The actual lyric references ex-lovers, and no major coffee brands.

Still, when Taylor was tweeting about Valentine’s Day, she made a reference to the famously mis-heard lyric

To be fair, it really does sound like she is saying Starbucks lovers. We’re still going to be making that mistake for some time to come – no matter how many times she corrects us on Twitter.
