WHEN IT COMES to Stormzy and Kem, it’s hard to say who’s a bigger fan of who.
Stormzy’s tweets about the show have been consistently entertaining and have even caused drama on the show when they were read out to contestants. For example, when Stormzy tweeted that Chris was too good for Olivia.
We can only imagine that the alternative he wanted for Chris (like most viewers) was Kem.
Stormzy ended up making an appearance on the show afterwards to give Chris, Kem and Marcel some advice on their rap for the talent show.
Ever humble, Kem responded to Stormzy’s appearance with “obviously Stormzy’s a big name, but we’re (himself, Marcel and Chris) also a big name so it’s just seeing a friend”. Chris said “he’s a fan of us and we’re a fan of him.”
The rest of the contestants heard Stormzy and ran into the room where he had to face Olivia who met him with a “Oh, hey babe!”, a little passive aggressively of course, after the rapper had said she wasn’t good enough for Chris.
Now Kem and Stormzy are preparing to collaborate in the outside world.
It’s what fans have wanted.
One of the first things Kem did after waking up this morning was tweet Stormzy to arrange making a song together soon.
