SOUND THE NOSTALGIC cocktail klaxon: Bar Pigalle in Cork just came up with something truly special.

Yes, a Tanora cocktail. Just look at it there:

The Cork city centre cocktail bar will spark childhood memories across the city with this sublime invention.

Calling it the ‘Mai Tai Baiii’, they explain the delicious recipe on their Facebook page:

Here’s a merger the Cork City and Council should get behind. “The Mai Tai Baiii”, Pineapple infused Bacardi, Bacardi 8yr, Wray and Nephews Over Proof Rum, Cointreau, Barry’s Tea Orgeat, Lime, Aromatic Bitters, Tanora Reduction and a lash of Gosling’s Black Seal Rum.

Kudos on the cut-out Tanora bottle and Cork/Not Cork miniature flag. Excellent work.
