Taylor Swift refused to speak Irish because she thought it was rude
TAYLOR SWIFT HAS embarked on a mammoth round of publicity for her new album 1989.
Several Irish journalists flew to London for ten-minute interview slots with the singer. Among them Rachael Ryan, producer of Spin 1038′s breakfast show Fully Charged.
She tried to get Tay-Tay to speak Irish. It all started fine….
But then when Ryan tried to progress to conas atá tú, it all came unstuck. Because Swift thought she was being tricked into saying FILTH.
She gave THIS LOOK:
Interviewer Rachael tried and tried to make her say it.
And basically, Taylor was like ‘I knew you were trouble when you walked in’.
She just didn’t want to say sex.
Sad face.
