This British reporter thinks Leo Varadkar is known as the 'tea set' and we play GAA in 'Crows Park'

Have mercy.

SORRY ABOUT THIS, but we think it’s important you know that a Royal Correspondent with The Sun is under the impression that Leo Varadkar is known as the ‘tea set’.

Oh, and she also thinks we play all our, you know, mad Irish sports and whatnot in a stadium known as Crows Park.

Jesus wept.

Emily Andrews appeared on Lorraine earlier today in order to give viewers an insight into Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s upcoming trip to Ireland.

It started off well, to be fair to Emily. We mean, she got our nation’s capital spot-on.

They are going to jump on a plane and head over to Dublin for their mini-tour this evening and tomorrow.

And then the wheels started to come off.

They are going to meet the President of Ireland, the tea set – the Irish Prime Minister, they are going to Crows Park, the big football stadium there.

Then came another quick Crows Park reference for the cheap seats in the back.

They’re also doing quite a lot of smaller sensitive stuff – they are seeing some of the Bloody Sunday relics in Crows Park and going to the immigration museum.

And the less said about her use of the word ‘smaller’ in relation to Bloody Sunday, the better.

Take a look at this if you can bear it.
