Needless to say, Fat Daddy’s Fitness Hell was not the victor and team Tenacity were in for a cull.
Addressing team member Steven, Lord Sugar branded him “a lost cause” and promptly fired him. Fellow teammate Sarah, whose occupation was listed as ‘PA/hypnotherapist”, was pretty much called useless by Lord Sugar.
Why they always make you the time keeper is because people don’t have much confidence in you.
He, of course, fired her.
And then poor Ella Jade, who captained the team to their loss, was told that she just didn’t have the goods. Despite repeated pleas to stay in the competition, she was fired.
The thing is, I’m afraid to say, you do not have the acumen for this. Ella, you’re fired. No, I’m sorry, you are fired… I wish you well… I’ve made my decision. OK, you’re fired.

The Apprentice boardroom reached new levels of ruthlessness last night
LAST NIGHT’S EPISODE of The Apprentice has been hailed as one of the all-time best after Lord Sugar rather ruthlessly fired three contestants.
Last night’s episode saw the teams tasked with creating YouTube videos and pitching them to Buzzfeed. What could possibly go wrong?
