Somebody has written a song about The Square in Tallaght
HEY YOU! YEAH you! Do you love to shop?
Do you love shopping centres?
Then we’ve found what might be the perfect song for you.
In 1990 to celebrate the redevelopment of Tallaght and the arrival of shopping centre The Square Dublin rockers Achill recorded a single.
It was called The Square and the cover art is spectacular:

We’ve been digging around and sadly can’t find the song online to listen to anywhere which is annoying.
We’d quite like to hear it and then dub it over this video of how The Square looks today:
