The Toffee Penny reigns supreme in this year's box of Quality Street

GOOD NEWS TOFFEE Penny fans!

We’ve taken a tally of this year’s crop of Quality Street boxes and the chewy yellow wonder has taken top spot in terms of numbers. Twelve in total to fight over.

In a more worrying move, the Strawberry Ones have come in second. Ten of the sick little monsters.

Extremely poor showing meanwhile for another firm favourite, the Purple One. Five in total. There’ll be wigs on the green over the last one.

Quality Street have introduced a new sweet this year, in a controversial move which has seen the Toffee Deluxe replaced by the Honeycomb Crunch.

It’s… fine. It’s light on the honeycomb and frankly we’re not sure if it will ever be able to heal the hurt caused by Toffee Deluxe’s demise.

RIP Toffee Deluxe. Godspeed Honeycomb Crunch.

Let’s settle it for once and for all: Roses or Quality Street?
