AT APPROXIMATELY 5.06am Irish time – just after midnight in Washington – President Donald Trump sent out his most confusing tweet yet:
Over two hours later, the tweet remains up on the site and it’s the source of so many questions. Like:
- Surely he was trying to spell “coverage”, but what happened to make him mangle the word so badly?
- And why did the sentence just end mid-covfefe?
- WHY didn’t he just delete it instantly and move on?
- Covfefe? Covfefe.
