NEW COOKERY CHALLENGE The Taste made its big debut on Channel 4 last night and social media was only bet into it. The whole premise is a bit like The Voice, but for food.

The contestants are only allowed to serve one spoon of food to the judges (Nigella Lawson, Anthony Bourdain, Ludo Lefebvre), who then taste the anonymous dishes and choose if they would like to take the cook under their wing for the series.

So in theory, the dishes should look like this
