A BOLT OF lightning struck a moving train just outside Tokyo on Monday as it passed through the iron railway bridge on the Tama River in Noborito.
Nobody was injured in the dramatic incident.
An onlooker captured the moment the bolt hit the Odakyu Electric train on camera and posted the video to YouTube, where it has been watched by over one million viewers.
The train stopped for about thirty minutes before proceeding to the next station where it was taken out of service.
