We didn't watch Vincent Browne's new show... we just watched Twitter

The People’s Debate… through the eyes of someone who didn’t watch it.

WHAT DO YOU get when you take the Tonight With Vincent Browne Twitter feed, and put it on telly?

You get – it would seem – last night’s TV3 broadcast of The People’s Debate, a monthly show which will see a 200-strong audience acting as a debate panel.

The Twitter reaction to Vincent Browne’s more regular TV3 show is often as entertaining and informative (if not more so) than the show itself.

So, dear reader, DailyEdge.ie decided to watch The People’s Debate solely through the eyes of Twitter, and here’s what we deduced:

There was shouting, so much shouting

It stopped just short of all out war

In fact, all that was missing was a Linda/Billy style showdown

Flouride is to blame, for everything

It really was Twitter: The TV Show

Wait, there are nipple clamps on Liveline? Fetch the bleach for our ears!

Twink makes everything better

Poor old Vin B needed a hug by the end of it

Did you watch? How accurate are our deductions about the first show?
